My family and I have been going to eagle pride for years. Went in yesterday for an oil change and found out there already high prices were yet again increased. I was running late for my appointment (life happens) so I called to let them know I would be about 30 minutes behind. When I got to eagle pride I apologized and was treated so rudely to top it off. My family and I will NOT be going back.

They totally screwed me over. I would not trust their prices or their work ever again. This company is terrible for ripping off a poor college kid. I needed to get one of sensors changed because antifreeze was leaking on it, and they offered to switch it out for $150. I took it to Ryan's Automotive in Ozark, MO, and I got it done for about $70. I won't even go there for an oil change because the owner especially is a crook.
