I have been a resident of Eagle Pointe Apts for 3+years and this is my first time I will have to say that your Assistant Manager Arionna really cares about the residents because I had put in a work order for my tile on the floors for the kitchen and bedroom. I had been asking about it for a while and when they were going to get it done. Arionna made sure that it was done and I really appreciate her for staying on them to get it done. So Thank You Arionna for your hard work and for caring about the residents and the property.
Since Ariona has been thereEagle Pointe always has events at the Office for family and children. I love it. That Office Assistant Ariona really cares about the residents and she is awesome, she will call you to make sure stuff is getting done. I honestly love living here, but before Ariona came I was ready to get up out of there cuz there s so unorganized but thank you Ariona.
I cannot say enough about Ariona !!! I was ready to put in my notice and she asked me to let her fix whatever I needed so that I can stay. She made me feel like I WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT RESIDENT IN THE WORLD @! Thank You Ariona
Omg got my car towed by mistake and had to pay 164 dollars to get my car back!!! But the eagle pointe manager notice the error and gave me a refund in the form of a check for what I had paid!!!. She rocks!!!
No se x ke no se pueden poner videos realmente asqueroso no sabe alguien donde puedo poner una queja x tantas veces k hice reclamos y nunca repararon nada los baños tirando agua oliendo a humedad y muy mala experiencia cuidado piénsenlo 2 veces antes d vivir en este horrible lugar e mantenimiento deprobable nunca cumplieron su trabajo
Do NOT rent here! I stayed for two years and that was way too long! My upstairs neighbor is constantly jumping up & down or doing something that shakes my entire apartment. I have made 3 noise complaints and nothing happens. I know some noise is expected in an apartment but all hours of the day & night worrying about the ceiling possibly crashing down? No thanks! DO NOT RENT HERE!!! At the beginning it was all good and sweet like any other apartments. However, there are so many things wrong with these apartments. The Management, the two ladies in the office need to really work on the way they treat and talk to ppl that is paying $600 plus every month. They are rude and the one moment you demand respect as a tenant you are out the door. Instead of fixing problems they will tell you that you can't renew your lease(wouldn't recommend it anyway).
