I want to thank Ms. Jennifer in the office for truly being a super professional. Ms. Jennifer was very attentive and knowledgeable about the property. My move was a success and I am very excited about my new home. Ms. Jennifer made me feel welcomed and very confident about Eagle Pointe. Kudos Ms. Jennifer u rock.
PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! Save yourself the trouble and headache. There’s mold through the apartments. Mary, the supposed manager, is incompetent and lacks basic communication skills. Kelli in corporate is just as bad a Mary. They are increasing the rent for some “renovations” that are subpar! The floors are uneven, the plumbing is wrong and the lighting is cheap! I would definitely go somewhere else if you’re looking because EAGLE POINTE AND BUCKINGHAM ARE CROOKS!!
Don't move to Moldville Apartments - This apartment complex changes management way too much. Every 90-120 days there is new faces in the office it seems like. They care more about the outside appearance with this ugly exterior color that they have recently changed that looks terrible versus doing something about these mold infested apartments.
