Good process, but the fact I have to send my laptop to a different state is a little unfortunate but I understand it's a hard situation that this company is trying to help the best they can.

Extremely disappointed in services provided. VA purchased equipment from EPT for educational enhancement. At about the 1 year mark, the power cord stopped working. I called EPT; was told power cord is not covered under warranty, no problem; I purchased a new one locally and life went on. About five months later, computer shuts of mid class and will not power back on. I troubleshot and the power cord was not issue as it worked on another computer. I sent in for warranty/repair. A nice computer and printer for a vet going back to school. When I had problems with the security after a couple of years, Shane got me right back on track without a hitch. I didn't even have to bring the computer in to take care of the issue. Thanks for helping veterans!

Totally speechless and disappointed at what showed up from EPT and the liberties that were taken by EPT with my equipment. I would not recommend this company or its services to anyone. Hey, I wrote this review a while back and have just seen the owners response. The owner tried to have my review removed. The bottom line is that my idea of a good company with a good product and good customer support is different from theirs.
