Phoenix South manages Eagle Pines, the landlord of this property is not always here. So it does you no good to call Phoenix South if you have a problem, "Taylor claims she can't do nothing about it." Common sense tells you to call somebody to get it done. I pay my rent on time, I put a work order in like they say and still nothing. So what is considered an emergency??? I’d say the most positive experience I had living here was with the maintenance crew; they responded to requests in a timely manner and I rarely had to call them back for repeats. But everything else was subpar. For the price it’s somewhat decent, but there’s definitely better places to stay in the city. EDIT: The property manager responded back to my review about me being sensitive to upstairs neighbor noise, despite not mentioning it at all in my original review. I’d say the most positive experience I had living here was with the maintenance crew; they responded to requests in a timely manner and I rarely had to call them back for repeats. But everything else was subpar. For the price it’s somewhat decent, but there’s definitely better places to stay in the city.
