I’d say the most positive experience I had living here was with the maintenance crew; they responded to requests in a timely manner and I rarely had to call them back for repeats. But everything else was subpar. For the price it’s somewhat decent, but there’s definitely better places to stay in the city. EDIT: The property manager responded back to my review about me being sensitive to upstairs neighbor noise, despite not mentioning it at all in my original review. I have had plenty of not great experiences with apartments. I am taking the time to write this review as I had an exceptionally good experience with the folks at Eagle Pines, specifically Katie and her office cohort Joyce. When I found Eagle Pines I had already had plenty of disappointment with my apartment search. I wanted a quiet neighborhood with nice amenities that was affordable.
