When I arrived for a scheduled first time appointment, my first impression was very positive. The front area looked very neat and clean and was aesthetically appealing. The receptionist was friendly and efficient as she guided me through the first time patient process. I walked in with an appointment as a first time patient, and the interior was very pleasing both from an aesthetic and cleanliness perspective. The receptionist was very courteous and efficient which enhanced the check-in process. My experience with Jennifer Brown, and the entire staff at Eagle Physicians, has been beyond incredible. I could not ask for better individualized care. They truly care about the patients that walk through their doors. Everyone is friendly, reception staff is exceptional and they work hard to ensure you are seen asap to recieve the care you need, nurses are diligent and thorough, and Jennifer Brown really listens to her patients. Came for a routine followup. My PCP was ill so I saw the NP. I had not seen her before but found her to be professional, caring and a good listener. My labs were provided in advance and they were all normal so there were no issues to discuss. The MA volunteered that they had flu shots, which I appreciated knowing and resulted in my getting it right then.
It is good in overall experience.

They are soooo awesome. This is not my normal doctor but the last two times that I've had to come in, I've had Jennifer Brown and her wonderful CMA. They are really nice and sweet and they answered all my questions. They have called to follow up with me to make sure I was doing great. I really appreciate them.

From the time I checked in until check out the, the staff was so polite and had a willingness to assist attitude. The office was clean and I felt confident in the choice I made to choose this practice.
