Everyone is courteous always helpful
I really enjoyed talking to Jennifer I felt at ease. She listened patiently, didn't try to fix me immediately. She was sympathetic, took my suggestion for treatment. At the same time she was confident and assertive about her recommendations.
I was very pleased with my visit starting from the reception and the staff all the way to the examining room and the talk with Dr. brown who were very pleasan, listened to all my concerns, and explored my case further by asking a series of questions after a tharough exam,she explained what she think is going on with me and explained the course of action regarding my treatment. I can not believe I am saying this, but I am actually looking foreward to go back for my follow up visit. GREAT JOB
From setting appointment to coming in for visit, everything goes really smooth. True professionals.
