Ive enjoyed visiting the Eagle Mountain House for years until this weekend. I never post negative feedback online but was so appalled by the service we received, I couldn’t let it pass. Michael the bartender was extremely rude and not accommodating at all. After several strange encounters and awkward situations with Michael we spoke to a manger who corrected the situation. Great place for a family ski getaway! There're lots of winter activities, the village of Jackson is quintessential New England and it's a historic inn!
llovely old inn with tones of charm nestled in the white mountains. staff is wonderful making the place feel like home. kitchen is very good and they also have a nice little tavern
Had a great stay this weekend at Eagle Mountain House... my only complaint is that we didn’t eat breakfast there the first night!! The Breakfast Bowl is amazing!! So delicious. I had the Duck entree the night before and again delicious. Great job with the food, we were really shocked with how great it was.

amazing beautifully hotel, peaceful, quiet, beautiful scenery all around! great dining, then sit by the Christmas tree and the fire place.
so comfortable and reminds me of the old hotel in The Shining...Love it!!!
