Terrible people to deal with! I've been trying to cancel my storage spot for 3 weeks and nobody responds. They just keep sending me a bigger bill for not paying
They just went to online payments but if you have a problem no respone to questions via email or phone number. I’ve been calling and leaving messages since February but no response other than a single email saying I tried to call you back
