Does it really make sense coming out of lockdown, that you would piss off a long time customer? I specifically called on Friday to see if you had the mulch i wanted. The woman said you had tons of it. i asked if I could still just drive down and have you load it up, she said yes no problem. So on Saturday I drove down. Office closed, orders need to be phoned in first, phone line busy for 15 minutes. Great customer service. I just pick up a face cord of fire wood. They had it ready. I just pulled up, and paid. They did everything else. Highly recommend these people.
Terrible. Disgusted.We own a landscape company and our employees have never been treated with such dis respect from an owner of a landscape supply company. We pulled up today and were waiting to get loaded with product when the owner himself started shouting from across the way "why the fuck would you park there you stupid piece of shit" and other vulgar comments.
