This was our first home inspection. He was referred by our realtor, Linda Toscano (she is awesome too), and very glad she referred him. Ron was very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. He pointed out very important items that people should know about the house, whether it be pros or cons. He was adamant that questions be asked immediately rather than wait until the end. I would highly recommend him to anybody.!
I had my first encounter with Ron from Eagle Home Inspection today . Not only was he very courteous and professional , he did a thorough inspection as well. Ron put my clients at ease while explaining the shortcomings of the house. The man with the black cowboy hat has officially made it on to my list of inspectors.
I met Ron at an Event last year but never had a chance of working with him until this week. He was able to squeeze us in short notice, prompt to the appointment and very personable. He went through the house thoroughly. taking lots of photos and being very clear with the buyer/client about things he found and recommended remedies. I was even more impressed by the inspection report we got the same day! I look forward to working with Ron again in the future!
Got a referral from an agent at Century 21 about Ron and my daughter who was in the process of buying a home decided to try him. He was very thorough and pleasant to work with. Any time they called him with questions he responded back very quickly. Would definitely use him again and refer him to others.
