Ron was very thorough in his inspections as well as informative about specific aspects of home maintenance each house may require. We decided to go back to Ron for a second house after being unable to reach an agreement on our first contract. The thoroughness of each inspection Ron had made definitely gave us the confidence to make the correct decisions in our home buying process. Ron takes the time to explain all the systems of the house and property in detail. My clients have all given him the thumbs up for being forthright and thorough. Ron also takes the time to understand each buyer to get an understanding of their particular concerns.
