Sherry at Eagle Heating and Cooling of Georgia is incredibly unprofessional and treats her customers terrible. During my wife's first call with Eagle she heard someone in the background of the call (inside the Eagle office) yelling profanity (curse words) on another call and it turned out to be Sherry cursing out a customer. This has to be the most unprofessional company I've ever had to deal with. The main office voice mail box is always full so you can leave a message, they don't observe listed business hours, the scheduler/receptionist told me on the phone "we can close whenever we want" before she hung up on me when I was trying to report an issue with a service request that wasn't solved properly the first time.

Never showed up for a scheduled appointment. Came out once and did not fix anything, so I scheduled another time for them to come out. Spoke with them on the phone the day before, but they never showed the next day and never answered their phone again. Very shady business.

I had a truly awful experience with this business. It took 5 months to resolve the issue, during which my household was left in the cold for more than two weeks in the winter and more than 3 weeks in the sweltering heat in the summer. the actual technician who finally completed the work was professional, competent and polite. One of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The technical knowledge of the heating and air technicians is off the chart. The technician explained the problem with my system and did so in a why I could understand. The customer service is very friendly and do what they can to get you on the schedule in a timely manner. Overall this company has restored my faith in businesses as a whole. Thanks for the great work!

I was referred to this company through my insurance company. They were very nice and please until it was time to do their job. My first appointment was scheduled for 1 o'clock on a Monday, so that day I asked my mom to come in town from another state to be there when they arrived to make repairs. Ac did not work. Called Eagle Heating and Cooling, they were out here same day and got it working. Thanks so much, no air in Georgia = Miserable time! LIFE SAVERS!
