The worst rental experience i have ever had. Avoid at all costs. See attached pix - tried to get balcony fixed for three years to no avail. Friend messed up his foot really bad & had to go to the ER. I didn't even bother with management at this poimt, they're indifferent and after three years it seemed immaculately futile. Unfortunately. EDIT: this company is doing nothing after my mail was stolen, SEE SCREENSHOT! Don’t live here if you value your possessions! This company doesn’t care about their tenants. Also heard they’re going bankrupt I’ve lived here for technically going on 5 years now. 2 years in one apartment and almost 3 in my current apartment. I've been living here since the place was built in 2014. first 7 years was great. New tenants came and destroyed back hallway to rear lot. There used to be no pets. That's changed and now rear hall smells of urine. Maintenance attempted to paint the wall 3 years ago and never finished. Carpet needs to be pulled up. Manager barely on site. Maintenance request are done by ohhhhhh I don't even know! As no one answers the phone. The elevators barely stay clean. I'm very embarrassed getting new visitors.
