EDIT: this company is doing nothing after my mail was stolen, SEE SCREENSHOT! Don’t live here if you value your possessions! This company doesn’t care about their tenants. Also heard they’re going bankrupt I’ve lived here for technically going on 5 years now. 2 years in one apartment and almost 3 in my current apartment. I've been living here since the place was built in 2014. first 7 years was great. New tenants came and destroyed back hallway to rear lot. There used to be no pets. That's changed and now rear hall smells of urine. Maintenance attempted to paint the wall 3 years ago and never finished. Carpet needs to be pulled up. Manager barely on site. Maintenance request are done by ohhhhhh I don't even know! As no one answers the phone. The elevators barely stay clean. I'm very embarrassed getting new visitors. I have lived @ Eagle Harbor for over a year & I must say Thank God for Dana. She totally cleaned up the property & let the trouble makers leave. I appreciate what Dana does for her tenants. She deserves the recognition that goes into this type of position. One of the best managers I've had. Thank you Dana!!!!!
