I am dumbfounded! Our family has been going to this practice forever!! My 18 year old is sick (coughing, no voice) and they refuse to let her see a doctor today because she hasn’t had an appointment there for 3 years!! Why??? In order to minimize missing school (or nothing was available at Brassfield) we have used the walk in clinic. But, those don’t count!!! 20-some years of going to this place and this is what we get!!!
