I called needing a referral. My insurance does not require I be seen to get a referral. However, when I called, I was told I have to be seen (virtually). When I questioned this, I was told that if I wasn’t happy with this, then I could find another doctor. I double checked with my insurance company to confirm and I was in fact correct. My name is Morgan Pike I was Dismissed as a patient during Covid when I couldn’t make the minimum payments- I have been a patient since I was born I am a 27 year old female who also sees the best OB/GYN doc I’ve ever seen Jennifer Ozaan who I can no longer see because of this. I had racked up about an 800$ bill at their after hours clinic with a severe kidney infection the doctor literally told me if I would have waiting 2-3 more days I would have died. I'm floored by how badly my husband has been treated by this practice. He's suffered neck pain and headaches for a month and a half, accompanied by a fever and fatigue. Went to the ER twice, tested for COVID twice, came back negative both times. Had MRIs and CT scans, which came back clean. He was thrown an antibiotic and steroids and tested for Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, which we never got results back.
