Carol Webb is wonderful! She really listens to my health concerns and asks probing questions as needed to get more information. She knows my health history and communicates her diagnostic thought process effectively. I can recommend her enthusiastically - she "gets" me!
I could not ask for a better doctor and staff. I had been searching for some 20 years for a primary care physician and one day I saw Dr. Le. From then on I knew I had found the perfect doctor for me. Her bedside manner and demeanor is beyond excellent. I'll never forget she personally called me on a holiday to check and see how I was doing. I love the practice in Oak Ridge. It is like an old fashion office and very inviting.
RecommendedDr.Quinlan is extremely intelligent, kind, and smart doctor. I was looking for someone like her for a long time. Always gives the right answer with simple explination, and educate parents on how to deal with certain issues. I'm very glad to have her.
