My husband and I were scheduled for our annual physical exam and as always our visit was a pleasant one. The staff at the front desk were prompt and pleasant. Our time in the waiting area was minimal before Jessica (Dr. Reade's nurse) was came to escort us to our room. Jessica is always thorough and a pleasure to talk with. This time was no different. Rachel was amazing!! My veins are notoriously hard to find and I bruise easily. Not a bruise to be seen, even after having blood drawn THREE times! Her attitude was great as well.
RecommendedI was impressed with Dr. Kerr. He reviewed my records and explained in laymen terms what he believed to be the problem. He assigned the necessary test to verify his diagnosis. The test results were received in a timely period. I feel like they are keeping me informed as the testing continues. They treat me like am a person not just another body they will see later.
