Dr. Lisa Miller is an excellent physician. She is extremely knowledgeable, extremely thorough, and extremely caring. The entire team at Eagle Family Medicine at Guilford college is as well, especially Susan Rettinger.
Simple check in... very thorough reminder and follow up calls to get me established as a patient.

Prompt, reliable, awesome facility
It was my 6 month check up mainly to review or renew my medications. The staff, as always, was very helpful and pleasant. I love Doctor Miller and her nurse. I am always treated with respect and they answer my crazy questions.

I was greeted & all that I encountered were friendly & helpful. Dr Miller is also kind, concerned & listens.
Staff was great, usually prompt, no complaints other than would appreciate a thicker gown for physical. The paper wrap was thin and tore easy
After minimal wait time, I was ushered to the exam room by an extremely pleasant nurse who reviewed my condition and checked my BP. In a few minutes, Dr. Miller came in, examined me, and discussed my health. She recommended that I have the newer pneumonia vaccine, which I did. She sent me to the lab, where a most pleasant lab person drew blood for the required tests. Then I checked out with most pleasant office ladies. All in all, a very satisfying medical experience.
