Dr. Miller listened carefully as I reported my symptoms related to either wax in the external canal or fluid behind my eardrum. After examination, she reported that I did not have wax build up but was able to see fluid behind my eardrum and prescribed an appropriate treatment regimen.
I have always been given effective professional attention by Dr. Miller. I have confidence in her guidance as a health professional. You would do well to keep her as part of your staff.
I was called into room to see the DR. very quickly. Her nurse reviewed my meds with thorough coverage. My questions were answered quickly, and then Dr. Miller entered. She too, reviewed my meds with interest in each of my concerns, made nec changes and took care of prescriptions. When I left, I had no unanswered questions, and the staff scheduled my return appointment. Efficient office staff. Lab, too.
I was in for my yearly physical on 11/14/2018. Dr Miller had blood test done to check my thyroid and sugar levels. She also asked that I do a home stool test to either rule in or rule out a colonoscopy and that test was negative. She indicated that my putting off regular exercise wasn't satisfactory and so I'm going to start exercising again and make it a habit. Dr. Miller cares about her patients and wants the best for them! I value her opinion and will try to live up to what she asked me to do.
All staff are warm, welcoming, and responsive. Dr. Miller listens to her patient and consistently provides quality care. She makes connections with her patient and facilitates a healthy doctor-patient relationship.
Whenever I visit the staff is polite and patient. Never had a bad experience. Dr. Lisa Miller is kind and takes her time with me never in a hurry. Overall I would change my Doctor or the staff.
Dr. Miller and the staff are very nice, knowledgeable and helpful.
Everyone was polite, efficient and professional.
