It was a very thorough, thoughtful, and helpful examination with what seems to be an appropriate follow-up.
Called in the am got a pm apt, that worked w/ my work schedule. have been going here for years. I think this is 2nd time seeing Katlin, she was very thorough and explained things well. staff is always great.
Kaitlyn Stock has been a blessing after Dr. Fried's retirement, as I wanted someone like him. I feel as if I got what I needed in her. She is a great listener, problem solver and practitioner. She has a way of making you feel like you're her only patient, which is a great quality.
Had a respitory infection for quite some time, seem to be difficult to get rid of, just hanged on for months. Saw Kaitlin and she came up with a little different treatment and finally it worked. Very greatful it has been resolved. Really was impressed with her worked ethic and just a very genuine likeable person.
Friendly, welcoming staff at check-in desk. Short wait time before being called to back. Friendly intake assistant. Felt like Kaitlin took time to really listen and presented valid options for treatment
I called and was able to get a last minute appointment for a quick visit. I arrived and did the little required paper work. The nurse called me in quickly and she was friendly and efficiant. Kaitlin also was friendly and efficiant. She even asked if I would like a flu shot. I was so happy she asked because it was on my list of "things to do" and I forgot to ask for one even though I was at the Dr. office. Great Place!
I came in for fasting blood work and was called by nurse in about five minutes. Had to wait about ten minutes after nurse took my vital info for Kaitlin to come into room. She was pleased with the lower glucose levels that I had recorded for the past several weeks. She told me to continue doing what I had been doing and return in three months.
Kaitlin and everyone at this office are so easy and understanding to talk to! I would highly recommend to anyone!
