This was my first time seeing Kaitlin Stock and she was great! She was very personable and knowledgeable.
My wait time was minimal. Kaitlin was attentive and listened to my concerns. She prescribed medications to help me get rid of this upper respiratory issue with cough which I've had for weeks, seemed to clear up, and then came back again.
I was able to get in to see Kaitlin early in the day. She ordered a stat Cbc and when the white count came back high, she arranged a CT scan that day. I was more than pleased with her care and concern.
Had an excellent experience at Eagle Family Medicine in Oak Ridge! Kaitlin was extremely helpful, thorough, and attentive. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze, and all the staff were very professional and friendly. This is why I have been a patient here for almost 20 years!

Dr. Stock's assistant was courteous and explained to me what was happening at each step of the process. She was gentle and caring. Dr. Stock was professional and knowledgeable and explained the process as we went along. Your facility has always been top notch and I would recommend it to anyone!
My first experience with Kaitlin. She was very good at listening to me and I feel she reviewed options of treatment very well. My symptoms have reduced significantly and I am waiting to see if some remaining problems clear or I may request another visit with her later.
