My fiancee and I bought a house in January. Freddy did our inspection in December and it is absolutely awful. He missed so many items and we just keep getting more and more items pop up that should have been noticed on the inspection. We would have never bought this house had the inspection showed these items. We do not recommend. When we called to talk about it they said they would call us back and never did.

Half of the items identified in my inspection were exaggerated
I appreciate the attention to detail Freddy gives to every home inspection he does. You can count on a thorough inspection and clear communication regarding a home's condition. If you haven't used Eagle Eye Inspections, I highly recommend.
Our inspector Freddy, did an amazing job. We couldn't be more pleased with the expertise and attention to detail he provided. If you need a home inspector who is trustworthy and reliable, call this guy. 10/10 recommend!
