We had an excellent experience with Eagle. David Nowers was extremely helpful as the senior manager. Our construction manager Sean Kotora was outstanding. This could go on for some length of time but here are the key takeaways: 1. The quality of the work is absolutely top flight. Other contractors that have been in the house have commented that "...this is the way a house should be built and trim finished..." 2. I hate giving a bad review but I wish I knew about David Nowers and Eagle Development before we hired them. It’s no mystery why they have no good reviews. (Update ** these clowns now have a positive review, no coincidence after I reviewed them). In my opinion, if you’re looking for an honest hard working contractor that gets the job done at a quality level, on time, and on budget, these aren’t your guys.
