Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Was “put on hold” while the representative for the company started saying very nasty things about me and my girlfriend
I really like Dr. Patel, and certainly appreciate having a doctor. But the last visit was questionable. I asked her to fill in a form (immunization record for my kid's school on school letterhead), which she did, shy of all the information, and simply directed to refer to the provincial record (which the clinic attached and which the school already has). The clinic then charged me a $54 forms fee claiming the doctor didn't get paid for the visit. This could not be true as the doctor wrote my kid a prescription (for a cream s... read more
Rene Korchinski is an amazing lady, we are so appreciative for everything she does for us. First time we’ve ever dealt with a Nurse Practitioner and she is more attentive and sweetest lady we have know. Thank you Rene for your dedication you have for your patients
I am so grateful for our family doctor. After many years of waiting, we were so fortunate to be referred to Dr. Ahmed Amer. He is caring and authentic. The nurses and administrators are very helpful and kind too.
Worst Clinic ever, reviews say it all that I am not the only one who feels this way. All staff are incompetent and lack efficient skills.
