Don’t even move!! Lived here for 5 years. It was great the first 3 years but over the course of management changing, the AC would be in the 80s during summer and they’ll kick you out of their office if you ask them to help fix it. Maintenance will break into your house for non emergencies at anytime, I even have recordings of them admitting it after telling them it’s against indianas rental law Maintenance went into the house for no reason, left the door unlocked and made us pay for property damages that happened while they ... read more
Apartment smells old and musty. The scent is so powerful, incense, candles, humidifiers, sprays, baking soda, and cleaning supplies don’t work. Didn’t know there was a smell due to Eagle creek painting the apartment before I moved in. Therefore didn’t know about the smell until paint smell went away. The is potent on your clothes and fresh laundry will smell bad being in your apparment. Even outside of food containers carry the smell of the apartment.
