RecommendedThe staff is amazing. Even with all the Covid stuff going on they let you go in for the visit. My fur baby had to have surgery and they let me spend the time with both needed in the parking lot to separate. When I talked to them after the surgery I knew they were watching him because they told me they walked by his cage and his tongue was sticking out (normal he is an American English bulldog mix) they would say his name and he would smile and wag his tale. communication, it took days for a return call. tech when we had to make the decision to help our cat pass was rude and uncaring. wrong information on when his remains would be back. two weeks after is passing we get a reminder card for his wellness check. I'm so disappointed and upset right now. sending a client a reminder card weeks, not days, after our fur baby dies. many things for you to work on
They were awesome with my grandog Grace!! They we’re patient and very kind to her! Very friendly and clean environment!!

I have 4 dogs and 2 cats and I trust the vets at Eagle Creek with them all! They’ve always been great at helping me take care of my zoo but this week 3 of my 4 dogs ate something they were not supposed to. Eagle Creek was able to squeeze my JRT in when she became dehydrated and lethargic. After some fluids and nausea meds she felt so much better!
