If I were Eagle Chevy I would manage GM Parts Warehouse or cut ties. What a terrible experience. Ordered an exhaust tip. $88 item. Supposed to be delivered in 4-6 days. Package was lost in the mail, Company decided to send a new one, said it was ordered from another dealer, would have in a day or 2 and then would overnight using fed ex. 7 days later no email, no tracking nothing. Nearly no customer service. Will never come back. Steer clear, if the dealership is anything like the Website, shop elsewhere.

Great service fast in and out
The service department was amazing. I needed an oil change on a Friday afternoon so I could make my return trip to Toronto. Took my vehicle right in and I was on the road again in less than an hour. Thanks.
Picked up our brand new Equinox this week and can’t say enough about our experience. Sales people all professional and courteous. Finance guy was FANTASTIC!! Love our car and this will be our new dealership. Thanks again Gene and John!!!
Don't steal customers deposit. Had to call my credit card to get my $3000 back. Advise to all future customers, don't trust this dealership. Check online for yourself.
Not equipped to handle any detailed engine work!!! Poor communication skills as well.
