DO NOT rent from them!!! They do not want to fix anything in the apartments......One of the owners is the worst owner i have ever seen...he is a doctor in the Knoxville area and if he takes care of his patients like he does his tenets then he is a awful doctor. He is more worried about money then he is putting a little bit of money into the townhouses to make them nice....Now he is more worried about getting rent so he lets just anyone move in....DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!
