Scam artist!!! They will send you the wrong part and when you return it they will only give you half of your refund back and claim it’s broken when it’s been untouched!
They could be more Honest. They told me they had a back seat they advertised was still available, first looked into it months ago. They put my name on it. I drove from Tennessee to pick it up and the salesman told me he just sold it to someone else the night before. However, I found out it was sold just before I got there at 11:30 in the morning... why did he lie and why was it sold after sitting there for months just before I got there? Sounds dishonest to me. I would not trust them again. Sales clerk was very rude.
Let me start off by saying giving this place 1 Star is nice of me. Mike from this wonderful establishment said that they would give me 200 plus pay for the towing fee (181 for some reason- ALS body shop likes to overcharge) last week. My car was totaled, but it had brand new tires and tons of new parts they are going to make money off of. When I get to the place, the extremely rude cashier gave me a 18 DOLLAR CHECK. I have taken my Chevy cobalt here 3 times now. When my oil pan was busted they were nice good priced and quick. Loved it. The next time I had a bigger issue. The guy mike was nice. but their diganoses was so off. Alright go this last time I go because its close and I liked mike and it was so bad! The front desk lady basically told me they could either fix my car or it'll blow my engine. Eagle Auto installed a used engine in my Jeep Cherokee. They warranted their work for engine and install. Great price and work. No problems. Runs great! I should also note that Rick and rest of staff were friendly and easy to work with �

I bought a transmission 5months ago for my van and it's leaking now after my warranty expired im just sol.... i made it very clear we would have bought a brand new one but i was talked into a rebuilt one being they knew who it came from.... not only am I disappointed but i also have been used and betrayed... got my van back and things were broken i will never allow them to touch my vehicles again!!!!! Now its costing me double to fix everything again when it should have been the first time!!!!!
