I just like it here and not gonna move cause everything is nearby like the pool and stores. But other than that this place is not good to live in, Every year it gets worse cause you have to pay more so basically every year the rent increases and bills payment
Stacy is a wonderful person! I loved living at Eagan Place because all the amenities were near, the road infrastructure was easy to navigate, and the grounds were well kept.
Love living here the staff is very helpful and friendly
Avoid this place.. Don't expect to get your security deposit back... I lived here for four years and 4 months and when i moved out they accused me of damaging the apartment so that they don't have to pay me the security deposit back. SO basically they expect you to give back the apartment in the brand new shining condition even after 4 years?? They will also over charge you for water and electricity bill
