Horrible experience, when we moved in there was mold on our closet shelves, my sons bike was stolen out of the garage, the garage door is sometimes stuck open and maintenance after hours doesn’t return calls, have had to wait on someone to open the pool several times in the afternoon even though the pool hours are 10-10. The office never calls when they say they will.

The pool opening was delayed this morning due to emergency plumbing issues within a residents home, however we try to always open the pool by the designated time at 10:00 a.m. If you have a moment, I would love to meet with you to discuss your concerns. If you want to live in a place that isn’t taken care of but looks good from the outside and has cops there every day this is the place for you!
It’s a nice place to stay.They have renovated the apartments and it looks beautiful.Stuffs are very efficient and well behaved.They have gym,pool,play area,a small kids park,grill area and most importantly it is under 196 school districts.i highly recommend EaganPlace to stay with your family..
Though the apartments are bit old but the location is good and the management is excellent. All service requests done on time. Lived here for almost 3 years without any problems. Thoroughly enjoyed living here.
