Omg best customer service in all of Michigan. Was able to get both my kids seen and done in one day. They made me feel more like family instead of a customer. Wonderful place to go and great environment to be in.

I love the positive energy and professional service provided by both Dr. Eagan and his staff IN the office! They are WONDERFUL & I wanted to give them a 5 star rating BUT their telephone response time and message return prioritizing is absolutely HORRIBLE. I call all the time and both of my sons do too and we often aren't able to adjust appointments because we can rarely get thru and NEVER get a call back.
