Omg best customer service in all of Michigan. Was able to get both my kids seen and done in one day. They made me feel more like family instead of a customer. Wonderful place to go and great environment to be in.
I looooove the atmosphere & the staff. Their very personable. Lets not forget the gospel music videos that's always on...👍
I love the positive energy and professional service provided by both Dr. Eagan and his staff IN the office! They are WONDERFUL & I wanted to give them a 5 star rating BUT their telephone response time and message return prioritizing is absolutely HORRIBLE. I call all the time and both of my sons do too and we often aren't able to adjust appointments because we can rarely get thru and NEVER get a call back. Everyone was very friendly a dr or drs u could talk to and understand everything
This place was so amazing! I have several friends who received their braces from here they highly recommended it. I went in for a consultation yesterday and few hours later I came out with braces. All the staff was patient and kind to me. Especially the lady named Tiffany was able to explain all my options and to my Mother as well.
