WE ARE SO IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM DR JUDY AT EAGAN CHILDRENS DENESTRY.OUR LITTLE SEVEN YEAR EXPERIENCED SUDDEN UNSET OF VERY SEVERE PAIN IN ONE OF HER TEETH ON SUNDAY EVENING.DR JUDY WHO WAS ON CALL HELPED US MAKE IT THROUGH THE NIGHT. SHE SAW OUR LITTLE GIRL FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND SOLVED THE PROBLEM WITHIN HALF AN HOUR.THE ENTIRE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. DR JUDY WAS THE GREATEST AND OUR LITTLE GIRL LOVED HER.SHE SAID SHE MADE MY TOOTH FEEL GOOD AGAIN..WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER.

Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Absolutely Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Are you going to visit this provider again? Yes Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all Did the waiting room smell clean? Yes

Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? Yes! It was absolutely excruciating Is this business handicap-accessible? Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not satisfied, but not unhappy

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes

Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
