My aunt rented from this place, all her belongings were molded and most boxes wet. Had a whole house worth in there. My complaint is that no one ever answered the phone or returned calls. We moved out,cleaned up just like they asked and turned keys in by first of the month. The bank payed them 7 days after closing up and they won't refund money. Very disappointed

Stored a large amount of home items here when moving across the State. Life got in the way and we didn't get around to finally clearing it out for almost 3 years. Every item was in perfect condition with only a VERY SMALL amount of dust settled on top, no insect activity, and temperature control worked perfectly. Great communication with staff, and the gentleman I spoke with to close out my unit remembered me by name after years! I cannot recommend this place enough.
