After driving out of state to purchase a car- my entire experience has been anything but pleasing! My first experience at his dealership, should have gave me a clue to run like hell! Approaching the first sales rep I immediately told her what I was looking for and that I would be paying cash. I ask her if the price would be negotiable and her reply was "nothing will come between us as far as a sale". Cool, so I test drove the car, sat down to negotiate a price. I got my vehicle in Dec 2014, Took it to BMW to have it service, cars started smoking after the oil change and servicing ( oils had something in it to hide the engine problems... this was an AS IT purchase. so its my Smoking vehicle..... the repairs will cost well over 10,500, to replace the engine... Sad Buyer... The vehicle is sitting in my driveway... don't the money to fix it, can't resale it because of the smoke........ just be careful!!!cause

Last weekend my husband and I were greeted by Archie who was nothing but friendly and not over the top trying to sell us something. Instead Archie took the time to ask what kind of car we were interested in and then politely proceeded to show us the location in the lot where the Audi A4's could be found. Archie listened to what our needs were for a car and then introduced us to Ashton, a salesman for E-Z Auto Finance. My experience with E-Z Auto Finance was fantastic because my salesman, Ashton, was great! He gave us no pressure. He was very knowledgeable about the cars. He was sensitive to our needs and answered all our questions. At E-Z auto finance, the whole experience, from choosing the used vehicle to actually going through the purchasing/financing was relaxed and understandable. We met Ashton when we were out looking for a new car. Initially, the "laid back atmosphere" at the dealership was a little uncomfortable, but we knew what we were looking for and we knew what we wanted to pay. Ashton helped us get the car we wanted. We have no complaints and appreciated the relaxed environment in the dealership.
