I have worked with Tyler for over thirty years and know him to be a very honest, caring, and considerate appraiser, who gives his best effort to establish a fair and accurate appraisal on every job!
My mother had just passed and we needed the land appraised. Ty was very friendly on the phone, and wanted to meet in person and see the location. Everything was fine and professional for a while until he made some VERY sexually inappropriate "remarks" to me. A little while later (after laughing it off mentally), he proceeded to "brush" my thigh, blaming it on a recent auto accident injury.
