Very short wait. I had 2 bent rims thanks to CHICAGO pot holes. They sent the wheels out yesterday for repair and Discount Tire just called me and let me know they are repaired and my new tires will be in tomorrow. Great service and price, only store I will consider for tires.
The guys at the shop were very friendly. They were busy but once they got my car in, it didn't take long to finish the work on my car.

I am always amazed by the customer service this location provides. I stopped in because of a low tire pressure indicator on my dashboard. I could tell the store was busy and I was ok with waiting while they checked my tires. While I was waiting, my boyfriend called and I was telling him that I knew it was close to closing time and that I would come back for them to check the tire and do a rotation.
