Got my order for 1 tire ready at 4PM only to find out that they won't sell it to me since it was on hold for another person. Why? Maybe the other person buys four tires? Wanted me to buy another tire with additional cost. What can I say, I needed a tire in this season. Asked how long it takes to install, 1 to 1 1/2 hrs but only 10 mins to change the tire on the rim. I had an amazingly great experience here last Tuesday. On my way to College of DuPage with very little time to spare before class, I got a flat tire. I called the nearest tire place, which was this Discount Tire. An employee named ARI answered the phone and told me that if I could get there, he would have me back on the road in 15 minutes and I'd make it to class on time.
