Someone who works here cancelled my hair appointment without notifying me. So I show up and the person I was booked with is already booked for the day! I had the appointment scheduled 6 WEEKS in advance and this happens! And then Im told to come in at a later time! I should've been accommodated not the people who got double booked after me!!This is bad business ethics! Love this salon! When I moved here from out of state I was very sad about having to start over with a new stylist. The staff here is awesome & the salon is gorgeous & inviting. The discount for new clients is a very nice touch! & so is the wine they offer with your appointment. Love the extras! Cannot wait for my massage next week with my daughter! Thank you ladies for your great customer service!
LOVED this place! It was beyond what I expected and I’d recommend to anyone. The girls were sweet, professional and really knowledgeable in their field.
Where do I start? I love this group of women. Leslie, Jamie, Lisa and Lori as well as all the other wonderful ladies are top notch at E Salon & Med Spa. It's obvious that customer service is their number one priority. Lisa and Lori are among two of the most amazing business women I've ever met. If you're looking for the best place in town to be pampered, you've found it! The WATERS ROOM is off the charts!! :)
