Barry is the best! I have come in here twice with an idea for a custom design (for an engagement ring and for a matching wedding ring)... Barry listened to my ideas, provided thoughtful advice, and then designed a ring based on our conversation. The whole process is amazing to go from a sketch to a carving in wax to a one-of-a-kind ring! Truly the best with great prices too! Thanks for everything, she loved it both times!

They need to be more customer service focused and follow up on work orders. I will never be back nor will I ever recommend them anyone. I rarely complain but my experience there was so bad I have to share. I am and will continue to share my terrible experience with everyone I know.
We recently needed a custom jeweler and we chose E Ryan Jewelers. We couldn't be more pleased. They took our idea, gave advice and offered suggestions and created a beautiful piece of jewelry at a very reasonable price!!! We definitely recommend them if you have any jewelry needs. Great staff, very friendly and very professional!
