Our well pump failed and ER Fabian and Son came right over and fixed it. The checked our pressure tank and explained the entire process to us. They did a great job and we will hire them again for our next project.
I came home from work last night to discover that we had no water in our home. I suspected that the well pump had stopped working. Early today, I called E.R. Fabian & Son and told them my issue. They immediately responded to assess the matter. As I had suspected, the well pump had died. Bobby worked hard to get the old pump out, new pump in and a new pressure tank installed as well. Bobby helped us out late on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. He helped me out on the phone and when I couldn't figure it out, he came over in his jam packed day. He explained everything well and why I needed to prime the pump in a different way It was great. Definitely use them over anyone else.
Very impressed by the excellent customer service and responsiveness. After an installation, they answer questions and resolve issues over the phone whenever possible.
