After having had Aerus Electrolux try to sell us a softener and PH neutralizer and finding out that we were going to be overcharged and under serviced, we decided to call Bob. Wednesday afternoon my husband realized our tank was leaking. I contacted Bobby & we discussed what was happening. We asked him if he could stop by the next day to access the problem & we could get an estimate to know what we were up against. He & his assistant Marc showed up looked it over, and not wanting to risk any further damage they got right to work, pulled out the old tank. These guys are top notch. They were able to answer all of my questions before install that made me felt very comfortable with the system they recommended. The system was installed quickly and they showed me what I needed to do to maintain it. And the best part.... they have the best price around. I got quotes from two other companies and E.R. Fabian and Son was $1,000 less than one and $2,500 less than the other for the EXACT same system!!! We are very happy we chose E.R. Fabian and Son!!
we had a big disaster in the basement with water backfeeding into the house through the electric supply from the pump house and no water..i called a million plumbers and even had one come out and charge me 75$ to say he can't do anything. Fabian came and knew exactly what to do..in and out within an hour. very reasonable rates. THANK YOU!!
