Oh my. I wish I had read the reviews first. Just ripped me off for scooter repairs and was rude about it too. From the moment I entered the place I got a negative vibe. I even said, I feel like you don’t want to do the job. If you don’t want to do it just say and I’ll go elsewhere. But I fell for it, the old…. It’s really hard to give you an exact price. Has to be the worst customer service I have ever received. Rang them up and from the very first word he spoke it was just negative the whole way through. Why do you even advertise the scooter service when it’s clearly not something you want to be doing. After looking at the reviews it seems to be not just a one off but a very regular thing. So no point trying to make up a story to try and cover up your bad customer service. Would never ever use this company again, even if they were the only option available.
I was just on the phone trying to buy some new tyers for a scooter a purchased from them and was told "we are a jet ski shop e-scootets are not our priority, you can bring it in and leave it for a few weeks and we will get when we get to it'.
