Absolutely the worst! Wish I could give zero stars. This company makes billing mistakes over and over. Then when you call to point it out and get a refund, the people are super rude. One even hung up on me though I never raised my voice while explaining that month after month they were over-charging my account! When I called back, the person actually said, "You were going on and on about the error and I didn't want to hear it anymore!"
