This place still owes me $3000 from plumbing work and won’t pay me! Pay me now!
I wasn't a client but I'm writing a review because the website is misleading. They DO NOT cater to small associations and only accept large contracts.
They are terrible. Provable theft from residents of their properties. Will not correct problems. They work with certain people that live on the properties to steel from others via assessments. I'm going to make sure all EP properties become migrant properties. You're property value is in jeopardy.
I am on the Board at my Condo Association and we switched our Management Company in 2020 to EP Management. Jonathan is extremely knowledgeable and very responsive and the entire Board was in agreement that EP Management would be best suited to meet our needs as an Association. Beth is our assigned Property Manager and she has quickly gained the trust of the entire Board and all of the Residents.
