Probably less than zero. Worse office ever. Unresponsive, not providing referrals in a timely manner. Takes 3 days or more to get a call back. They should not be even in pratice if they don't care about patient.
This is by far the best primary care experience I’ve ever had. They do a great job with scheduling, coordination, and communicating which provider you’re going to see. Dr. Perry is incredibly responsive to portal messages. I’ve had a number of issues that required coordination of care between specialists and the hospital and my primary care team has been more than on top of it. Very pleased !
I absolutely love this place! They put prescriptions in quickly and there have been multiple occasions where I’ve shown up early and they take me early. They’re always so kind and helpful, and never make me feel rushed.
