Don't ever do business with this car lot. After paying off my suburban in February, they just came and tow it saying we have to pay them 900 because they fixed the transmission. They have never fixed it. The transmission on it is still messed up. We have not drove it since last year. Now I have to call a lawyer and take them to court!
I have visited this establishment several times; however, I have observed a tendency to favor particular categories of customers. During my most recent visit, I waited approximately thirty minutes to speak with a mechanic, only to find that my vehicle was overlooked when a Spanish-speaking customer arrived shortly thereafter. An exceptionally friendly place. They were very helpful. The dealership said I needed my brake fluid replaced. They were very honest, and told me it didn’t. I still had at least another 15,000 miles before I needed to have that done. They also told me the price that they would charge when I needed it done, which was less than half of what the dealership was going to charge. They replaced an air filter for me for free. I give them an A++
First time coming to this business and it was the best service I've ever experienced they went the extra mile and taught me more about my vehicle.
I feel like they damaged my hose and my valve cover when I came and went forward with an expensive repair. I feel like my car is ruined now I'm having engine light and they're claiming it's unrelated but it isn't :( I never had a bad experience before this but I regret moving forward.
