Anyone experiencing poor quality when uploading a document to their website? So, when I upload a document to their website, it degrades the image. And what I get back is a poor quality document that can barely be readable. There must be a problem with there software. Waiting to hear back from them.

Where do I begin? We used to get our documents recorded within 24 hours when we first started. Then it just stopped about a year ago. I called almost weekly and requested that a manager call me back every time. It never happened. Not even once. They first told me it should take 24 hours, then 48 hours, then 72 hours. Their 24 supposed turnaround took up to nine days, and a phone call to make them file it. They never call you back either. They started off well and just went downhill. We talked to the same person every week to resolve our issues. After 50 calls, she still didn't recognize us or fix the issue. Deplorable service.
