Erin was so sweet and knowledgeable about pearls. If you need any help regarding the differences in pearls, I highly recommend her!

Erin was professional and courteous. When she saw me walking in with my cane for my scheduled appraisal appointment she offered to relocate the appointment to her husband’s office in his chandler business which is in the downstairs part of the building. She did a great job with the appraisal for my insurance company providing all the needed documentation and pictures they requested. 5/5 recommend Erin for your appraisal needs.

I had put off getting my jewelry re-appraised, but finally made the appointment and Erin made the whole process great from start to finish! I now have a beautiful report on my jewelry and barely any effort on my part. Thank you, Erin!

Erin was very thoughtful and helpful for a ring appraisal. She gave me a good idea of the value and how to care for the ring. I would use her again and will send estate clients her way!
